If a child’s therapy has stopped because their coverage did, tell us. We read every nomination within 48 to 72 hours and pay the provider directly, so the appointments do not stop while the paperwork gets sorted out.

Who this is for

Colorado families first, and we read everything else too.

Our grant program is built around Colorado, where we know the providers and can move fastest. If you are somewhere else, apply anyway. We would rather tell you honestly what we can do than have you assume the answer is no.

A grant is likely a fit if
  • The child is under 18 and lives in Colorado
  • They were receiving therapy and coverage stopped or lapsed
  • A provider is ready to keep seeing them
  • The gap is temporary, not a permanent denial of care
What we cannot cover
  • Ongoing costs with no end in sight. We bridge gaps, we cannot replace insurance.
  • Equipment, tuition or medical bills that are not therapy sessions.
  • Care that has not started yet and has no provider attached.

I am a parent or guardian

You know your child’s situation better than any form can capture. Tell us what stopped and who was treating them. We will take it from there.

What happens to what you type here: it goes to the small group of people who review nominations, and to the provider you name, so we can confirm the sessions and pay them. Nobody else sees it. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list from this form, and we do not publish a child’s name or story without asking a guardian first, in writing, every time.

If you nominate a child who is not yours, we contact the family before anything happens. You can ask us to delete a nomination at any point by emailing us.
