We pay your billing department directly so a child stays in your chair while their family sorts out reinstatement. Partnering costs nothing and takes about fifteen minutes.

Practices treating children with developmental differences.
If you bill Medicaid, a waiver program, or commercial insurance for a child's ongoing therapy, you have watched this happen: a renewal stalls, an authorisation lapses, and a family you have worked with for months has to pause.
That is the gap we exist to close, and it is the only thing we fund. We are not a general community resource network.

We confirm the basics
A short call and a W-9 exchange so we can pay you. About fifteen minutes of paperwork in total.
STEP 03
Refer families directly
You send families to us, or flag a lapse yourself. Partner referrals move to the front of the queue.
STEP 04
Funds reach your billing
Approved grants are paid to your billing department, not to the family. No reimbursements, no chasing.
What practices ask us
Does partnering cost anything?
No. There is no fee, no minimum referral volume, and no exclusivity.
How fast are decisions?
We review every application within 48 to 72 hours. Referrals from partner practices are prioritized.
How are we paid?
Directly, by check or ACH to your billing department, against your invoice or superbill for the sessions covered.
What if a family is not eligible?
We tell them honestly and quickly, and point them at other resources. We would rather say no in two days than maybe in three weeks.
Do you need clinical records?
No. We need enough to confirm the child is your patient, the coverage gap is real, and what the sessions cost. Nothing diagnostic.
